Lawn Sign Rentals 

• Huge lawn signs are approximately 7' x 4', made of heavy signboard.

• Lawn critters get 1 display sign (wood) and (10-12 plastic critters depending on type)

• All signs are easily read from the road. 

• We are the only company to offer a twin and triplet sign - Why pay three
  times as much renting three signs, when you can just rent one?

• Gift certificates are available and make a great baby/bridal shower gift!

• Please call as soon as possible with baby information as we need time to prepare the plaques and picture frames. 

• We like to deliver the sign the day before  the mother comes home. 

• Deliveries are made either early morning or late night. 

• You do not need to be home when we deliver the signs unless paying C.O.D. 

• You must live in Western Central Florida (Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando counties) to rent signs.

Custom Candy Bars/Lifesaver Rolls

• All of our wrappers are on Hershey's® (with or without almonds) or Nestle Crunch® bars (you choose). (Lifesaver - Fruit or Mint)

• Candy can be shipped to you or you may pick them up, or they can even be delivered for a small fee. (Fee is waived with sign rental). Call for more info. Click here for delivery areas

• You can purchase the wrappers without the candy. 

• Minimum of 3 dozen for every order. (Lifesaver minimum is 40)

• All candy orders are to be pre-paid by credit card. It is your responsibility to check spelling and dates on final proof. I am not responsible for misprints after approval. Your credit card will be charged when order is placed. All sales are final once shipped. All orders that are approved and then cancelled are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (of total order). 

• Please place your order two weeks ahead of time to ensure proper delivery. Birth announcements receive priority treatment and are processed within 24-48 hours.

• Photos can be added to the wrapper at an additional charge.

• You do not have to live in Florida to have the candy shipped to you, we will ship them all over the USA.

Signs For Sale

• All signs are made to order, brand new never rented.

• All orders over $500.00 are paid with credit card and we require 1/2 of the total with shipping as a deposit and the final 1/2 the day your order ships out. All orders under $500.00 are pre-paid in full with a credit card.

• All sales are final. No returns. Any order cancelled before the products ship out is subject
  to a 35% cancellation fee.
  NO EXCEPTIONS.

• We will not sell to businesses in the western central portion of Florida.

• Your business name and phone number/website can be put on the signs for additional costs.

• Prices do not include sales tax (FL residents only) or shipping.

• If you live near Hudson Florida and want to come pick up the signs to save on shipping that is fine with me.

• The 7' signs are made out of weatherproof, durable, wood signboard.

• The 2D critters are made out of coroplast and the 3D are made out of molded plastic.

• All orders come with the necessary hardware as stated on sale page.
